Founder
Max was the founder and chairman of ACES Builders Warranty. He was a retired officer of the US Army and was the Executive Vice President of the Greater Houston Builders Association for many years. A proud father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Max enjoyed Mexican food and travel- especially to Hawaii and France. He had a Bachelors's from the University of Nebraska and a Masters from Pepperdine. We all miss him and continue to carry out his legacy with the values he instilled in the company- Fairness & Integrity Above All.
JESSICA JOHNSON
Chief Executive Officer
Jessica has worked with ACES since its inception in 1994 in various capacities. She was the Office Assistant, Central Texas Representative for several years, IT Manager, Marketing Director, and is now our CEO. Jessica has an entrepreneurial spirit and started a successful online business in high school. She is the mother of three active boys. She enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering in the community through various placements in the Junior League and her sons’ schools. She has a Bachelors from USC, Masters degree from SJSU, and holds both Real Estate and Property & Casualty Insurance licenses.
LESLIE WOODS
Senior Vice President
Leslie is the Senior Vice President of ACES and is highly involved in the Greater Houston Builders and Austin Builders Associations. She is a nationally recognized Spike award recipient and is a resource for all in the Houston building industry. Leslie has two children- her son is currently serving in the US National Guard, and her daughter is a Physical Therapist. She is the proud grandmother of two darling children; she loves being out in nature and caring for her large dog. Leslie holds an active Property and Casualty Insurance license.
HAILEY HACKETT
Lead Warranty Administrator
Hailey is our sweet and kind Warranty Administrator hailing from Louisiana. She enjoys staying busy and is always looking for ways to help our staff and customers. In her spare time, Hailey is learning everything there is to know about her new passion – photography. Hailey lives locally in The Woodlands, TX, and just recently welcomed her first baby into her family.
BROOKE PAPPAS
Business Development
Brooke, who grew up in a big Greek family, is a proud, native Houstonian. Having been around the building industry her whole life, she is enthusiastic about helping to enhance builders’ relationships with their homeowners. She has seen & understands what it takes to deliver exceptional homes and build an outstanding reputation in this industry. Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and spunky blue heeler as they remodel their 80s home. She also loves to hunt in Rocksprings, TX. She holds her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Houston. Go Coogs!
TAYLOR ANDERSON
Marketing & Customer Service Associate
Taylor is our spunky Marketing & Customer Service Associate. Taylor has years of experience providing phenomenal customer service… She can put a smile on anyone’s face and loves to help people. Taylor enjoys spending her free time with her two beautiful daughters, family, and friends. She holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. Taylor looks forward to getting to know you and offering assistance with anything you might need.
LISA POWELL
Resolution Facilitator
Lisa is one of our fabulous Resolution Facilitators. She is the mother of 3 incredible children- her two sons both serve our country in the military and her daughter is working towards her business degree. Lisa has great attention to detail and is an expert in finding solutions for all customers.
SARAH SENTERFITT
Resolution Facilitator
Sarah is one of our amazing ACES Resolution Facilitators and brings a wealth of experience to our team. Sarah assists with State legislative changes, has worked closely with TAB, and holds degrees in. She is the mother of two incredible children in college. In her free time, she enjoys travel and spending time with her family. Sarah has experience with complex legal matters and is always looking for a positive outcome for all parties involved.
VANESSA BENDANA
Customer Service Associate
Vanessa is a Customer Service guru who is fluent in both English and Spanish! An Aggie through and through, Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Science in University Studies with minors in Sociology and Human Resource Development from Texas A&M. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is the youngest of 4 girls. She lives near all of her family and has many nieces and nephews. Vanessa loves the beach and the outdoors!
