WHO PAYS FOR THE WARRANTY?
The builder purchases the warranty from ACES, Inc. on behalf of the homeowner.
IS THIS AN INSURED WARRANTY?
ACES Builders Warranty administers the builder’s warranty for builders with and without general liability insurance. The builder is the warrantor and repairs any covered items. If you are looking for insurance products for builders, please ask one of our licensed agents. Builders are not required to provide an insured warranty on homes built within City Limits whether the closing is FHA or not.
