WHO PAYS FOR THE WARRANTY?
The remodeler purchases the warranty from ACES, Inc. on behalf of the homeowner.
IS THIS AN INSURED WARRANTY?
ACES Builders Warranty administers the builder’s warranty for remodelers with and without general liability insurance. The remodeler is the warrantor and repairs any covered items. If you are looking for insurance products for remodelers, please ask one of our licensed agents. Remodelers are not required to provide an insured warranty on homes built within City Limits whether the closing is FHA or not.
WHERE DOES ACES BUILDERS’ WARRANTY OPERATE?
Across the entire state of Texas! The ACES Builders’ Warranty program covers tens of thousands of new homes in Texas. Our remodelers build a range of homes from large volume to high end custom.
HOW MANY YEARS IS THE ACES BUILDERS' WARRANTY?
ACES offers two options for builders: a 1-2-6 year warranty in compliance with Texas law and the HB2024 that passed on June 9th, 2023 and also a 1-2-10 year warranty for builders with 10 year contractual obligations to homebuyers.
