The home buyer cannot purchase the warranty,
but your builder may do so if he meets certain ACES requirements.
To enroll a home online, simply click the order warranties
button to the left and fill out the necessary information.
Or...
Provide the buyer with a sample at earnest money contract, then
provide the warranty book at closing, and finally send the enrollment
form and check to ACES Builders Warranty. Thank you!
