builder has agreed to certain requirements that establish
a fair system to resolve the disputes should they arise. |

We encourage ACES builders to maintain general liability insurance, agree
to build to the International Building Code, and abide by a written code of ethics. |

The
dispute resolution system provides a neutral third party
to assist in resolving issues between the builder and the
homeowner. |
