The builder purchases the warranty from ACES,
Inc. on behalf of the homeowner.
ACES Builders'Warranty is for self-insured builders with and without general liability insurance, which is not insured. Ask for a separate application for insured warranty, general liability, builders risk and other builder's insurance coverage. Builders are not required to provide an insured warranty on homes built within City Limits whether the closing is FHA or not.
A warranty is a legal contract that will describe expected normal performance of a new house and provide a system for resolving any unexpected problems should they occur.
Contact the insurance commissioner of the state
of domicile and the Better Business Bureau; ask plenty of questions.
Across the entire state of Texas! The
ACES Builders' Warranty program covers tens of thousands of new homes in Texas.
Ask plenty of questions of the builder,
visit and inspect his homes, talk to previous buyers and check
with the Better Business Bureau and the local Home Builders Association.
Call ACES Builders' Warranty concerning builders who offer the
ACES warranty. We require certain business checks of our builders.
ACES Builders' Warranty acts as a third party
to help resolve any problem that should arise. Normally disputes
are simple and easy to resolve, but the three-part system can end
at Binding Arbitration. The Dispute Resolution System is unique
to ACES Builders' Warranty and is highly successful.
