ACES Builders'Warranty is for self-insured builders with and without general liability insurance, which is not insured. ACES also administers a warranty insured by Gulf Builders RRG, which is insured.

ACES Builders' Warranty program.

website to see if your builder is registered to do business
in the state of Texas . Ask plenty of questions of the builder,
visit and inspect his homes, talk to previous buyers and check
with the Better Business Bureau and the local Home Builders Association.
Call ACES Builders' Warranty concerning builders who offer the
ACES warranty. We require certain business checks of our builders.
ACES Builders' Warranty acts as a third party
to help resolve any problem that should arise. Normally disputes
are simple and easy to resolve, but the three-part system can end
at Binding Arbitration. The Dispute Resolution System is unique
to ACES Builders' Warranty and is highly successful.
