ACES: Newsletter- First Quarter, 2006
At a Glance:
ACES Builders Warranty, like the home building industry in general, has enjoyed significant growth in 2006. We announced the insurance affiliation with Gulf Builders Risk Retention Group, Inc earlier this year, which gives ACES the most complete new home warranty package in Texas. As the Third Party Administrator (TPA) for Gulf RRG, we continue to administer the most successful Dispute Resolution System available to Texas homebuilders and homeowners.
ACES now offers products that suit builders of every size and price range in the state. Since the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC) requires all builders to provide a 10-year warranty, ACES can truly accommodate all builder needs, Self-Insured or Insured, at competitive rates.

ACES: Reasons For Growth
The company’s growth is primarily due to the confidence placed in us by builders and the record of service we provide to those builders. Word-of-mouth and internet sales and service have spurred the addition of many new builders to the ACES family. Elsewhere in this Newsletter you will meet new employees and see a listing of some of the new members participating in the ACES Builders Warranty and Gulf RRG programs. There are now more than 600 Texas builders using ACES.
Increased building activity has invigorated our participation in local builders associations. We see increased member participation in educational offerings, social and governmental activities. ACES encourages employee involvement and are active in Membership Committees, Associate Councils and Community Service projects in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Bryan-College Station.
ACES: Thank You
We enjoy what we do and are proud to do it. Our efforts are not work but service to builder participants in our programs. ACES Builders Warranty willingly shares dispute information through this newsletter and elsewhere so that others may benefit from our experience.
ACES thanks all our customers and friends and wish you continued success.
