About ACES

   American Construction & Education Services, Inc. (ACES), established in 1994, provides Texas home builders a new home warranty for their buyers. It is simple to administer, easy for home buyers to understand, provides fair performance standards and assigns responsibility for maintenance of the home.

   The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) created ACES Builders' Warranty to establish performance standards, a fair Dispute Resolution System and to inform home buyers of their rights under Texas law.  The ACES Builders' Warranty incorporates Texas Law into the document. It contractually binds the builder and home buyer to a proven Dispute Resolution System.

   The ACES Builders' Warranty provides clearly written performance standards describing the builder's responsibilities during the first year of the warranty, first and second year on certain mechanical systems and a full 10 years on major structural integrity of the home. It also gives homeowner maintenance tips and assigns responsibility for these items.

   ACES acts as a third party in any dispute and provides competent experts to assist in resolving disputes quickly without costly court action. No other warranty program offers the protection builders and buyers need and want.
